Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website, purchasing services, or engaging with our tools, including SMS-based features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

BrockStar Media Corp provides:

• Custom website design and development
• CRM integration and automation
• AI-based content, chatbot, and lead tools
• SEO and marketing automation services
• Logo and brand design
• SMS communication features (see Section 7)
• AI Bot Store, an AI phone receptionist for businesses (see Section 8)

All services are offered on a subscription, project, or contract basis.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

• All monthly services (e.g., websites, AI tools) auto-renew every 30 days.
• Payments are billed upfront via our secure payment provider.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• No refunds are issued after service commencement unless explicitly guaranteed (e.g., our $300/month website money-back offer).

All original content, code, designs, and systems created by BrockStar Media Corp remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment and completion, clients receive a license or full ownership as specified in their service agreement.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell any of our proprietary tools without written permission.

Clients must:

• Provide timely approvals, content, and access needed to perform work
• Maintain legal compliance for any data they collect through their site or systems
• Not use our tools for unlawful or harmful purposes, including spam, harassment, or fraud
• Abide by applicable digital communication laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

AI Bot Store is an AI phone receptionist made available through BrockStar Media Corp at aibotstore.app and aibotstore.shop. It answers the calls you forward to the phone number we provide, takes messages, and delivers them to you by email, in your dashboard and, if you connect it, in your CRM.

• Subscription. $300 per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (Setup → Manage subscription); your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of signing up, ask for your money back (email brockstarmediacorp@gmail.com, call (252) 427-0708, or use the button in your account) and we will refund everything you have paid for AI Bot Store and end your service. Requests must be made within 14 days of the day you signed up.
• Call minutes. Your subscription includes 1,000 call minutes in each monthly billing period. Every call your receptionist answers counts toward them, measured by the second from when the call is answered until it ends; partial minutes are not charged, and unused minutes do not carry over. Minutes beyond 1,000 cost $0.25 each and are added to your next monthly invoice. The minutes you have used appear on your Setup page.
• Call limits. Each receptionist answers up to 5 calls at the same time and up to 150 calls a day. Calls beyond these limits are not answered by the receptionist.
• Your AI phone number. The number we provide for your receptionist is part of the service and remains ours. After your subscription ends we may release it.
• Your responsibilities. You set up call forwarding on your own phone, keep your business details accurate, give callers any notice the law requires where you operate (for example, about call recording), and use AI Bot Store lawfully.
• What the receptionist does. It takes messages; it does not quote prices or make commitments for you. It can mishear or make mistakes, so check important details before acting on them.
• Thank-you emails. If you turn them on, we email callers who give an email address a thank-you in your business's name, from an address at noreply.center, with the message and links you set, and tell them to reply to the email address you give us. You are responsible for that message and those links.
• Integrations. If you connect JobNimbus, you authorize us to create contacts and notes in your JobNimbus account for the calls the receptionist takes.
• Callers' information. We handle it on your behalf as described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

We may integrate with or use third-party platforms (e.g., Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Google, GHL, and for AI Bot Store: Cloudflare, Twilio, ElevenLabs and OpenAI). Your use of these services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
• Payment fails repeatedly
• We discontinue a feature or product

You may terminate your service at any time by written notice, subject to billing terms agreed upon.

BrockStar Media Corp is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Errors in third-party services
• Issues arising from misuse or non-compliance by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 3 months.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee rankings, performance, or specific results unless stated in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be handled in courts located in Nash County, NC.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
